At the conclusion of each membership year, 4-H members in Cooke County are recognized for all of their hard work and accomplishments. It is a time to not only award 4-Hers for their work, but to also recognize the countless volunteers and adult leaders involved in the Cooke County 4-H Program.
An invitation to the annual banquet is earned when members have met certain requirements of participation in projects and ribbon activities. To learn about these requirements, select the link below:
PROJECT RECORD FORMS
Additionally, all 4-H members are required to submit a project record form for each of the projects they participated in over the past year (since August of 2019) and have it turned in and on file with the Extension Office by June 25, 2020. Project record forms can be accessed here:

SPECIAL AWARD APPLICATIONS FOR BANQUET
There are also special awards presented at the banquet to outstanding 4-H members. The Final deadline for these special award applications is 5:00 pm, July 17, 2020 for this year’s banquet. Links to applications for all awards are listed below, just select the award you are interested in applying for, fill in the information, obtain the appropriate signatures and turn into the Extension office by the deadline. Please note that some awards require an interview. The date for interviews will be Monday, July 27, 2020 beginning at 3:30 pm. Please be sure that you have scheduled an interview when you turn in your application to the Extension Office.

SPECIAL AWARD APPLICATIONS
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR BANQUET
Cooke County 4-H Scholarships are academic scholarships awarded each year to applicants based on their participation in 4-H work, leadership/character and scholastic ability. Applicants must be entering their Senior year this fall and graduating in May 2020 from a private, public or home school and have been a Cooke County 4-H member for at least 5 years.
All applications must be submitted by Friday, July 17, 2020 at 5:00 pm
All applicants must be present for an interview before the scholarship selection committee on Monday, July 27, 2020.
Interview times will be scheduled upon submission of application.
